Super friendly and awesome little place in the heart of Kingston! The roti and doubles can't be beat! A must stop if you're passing through or in the area. You won't be disappointed!

I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised to come across a Caribbean restaurant, so of course I had to stop in! The owners are a lovely Trinidadian couple who were incredibly welcoming. Their menu is full of delicious island dishes. I tried the shrimp roti and doubles—both were absolutely delicious! If you’re nearby, please support this wonderful small business. They have so many amazing Caribbean flavours to offer!

We stopped at Sally's on the drive back to Montreal from Toronto. If you're looking for delicious food, don't mess around, just go here. The owners, Sally and Bob, we're super friendly and made us feel like we were longtime customers, even though it was our first time. I has the shrimp roti; the shell was nice and thin, the shrimp were perfectly cooked and the curry was super flavourful. My partner had the chicken curry plate, which was just as delicious with big pieces of tender and juicy chicken. We also had doubles, which was melt in your mouth. Wash it all down with an Angostura Chill or a Ting, and you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!!!

This place is such a gem! We tried the doubles, the goat roti, and the chicken roti, and everything was so good. The owners are very friendly. The atmosphere is warm, casual, and colorful. We will definitely come back.

Sally’s Trinidadian food is the closest thing I’ve ever had to my grandmother’s kitchen. Absolutely delicious, comforting, and full of flavour. The portion sizes are excellent, and the owners are incredibly friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A true gem in Kingston—I’m definitely returning with my family.

I asked my sister in law, “I wonder if Kingston has a roti place?” And low and behold she found this spot and the food was excellent! We ordered the oxtail plate, chicken and goat rotis and washed down with Caribbean sodas….the perfect combination! Plus the owners, a lovely husband & wife team made you feel very comfortable. Anytime, you’re in Kingston and have a desire for traditional Caribbean cuisine, Sally’s is the place to go to! Love from these Winnipeggers who were there for my daughter’s convocation at Queen’s University.

After travelling to Trinidad many times, learning from my T&T friends how to make a good roti, I am overwhelmingly happy to patronize Sally’s Roti Shop. DOUBLES. ROTI. CURRY. And variety! No skimping on filling, generous T&T portions. Thank you my new Trinidadian friends! I forgot to ask if they have Christmas Black cake.

Highly recommend paying a visit to Sally’s Roti Shop for some excellent food. I had the Curry Goat Plate with a side of doubles. The food was really flavourful, and the portions were great as well. Reasonably priced especially for how much food they give you. Service was awesome, Sally and her husband were a pleasure to talk to, and the food was served within 5 minutes. I will be back again next week! And definitely getting myself another order of doubles, they were really impressive!
